Our courses on DNV NIAHO® accreditation and ISO 9001 are designed to guide your leadership in the risk-free process of transitioning to DNV.

We offer a variety of training courses to teach you the basics of DNV NIAHO® accreditation and how easy it is to make the switch. You will learn how the NIAHO® standards are built upon the internationally-recognized ISO 9001 standards to meet the Conditions of Participation (CoP) from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

This course is open to all healthcare professionals and is most suited to those who are directly involved in an organization's accreditation and quality management programs.

Intro to DNV and NIAHO®

This 2.5-day course is a basic course designed to train healthcare professionals in the principles and requirements of DNV's approach to hospital accreditation. This training course includes an in-depth review of the survey process, an overview of the NIAHO® Requirements and Interpretive Guidelines, as well as the DNV culture and philosophy.

Intro to DNV and NIAHO® for Critical Access Hospitals

This 2.5-day course is a basic course designed to train critical access hospital professionals in the principles and requirements of DNV's approach to hospital accreditation. This training course includes an in-depth review of the survey process, an overview of the NIAHO® Requirements and Interpretive Guidelines, as well as the DNV culture and philosophy.

Managing Risk in Your Hospital Proactively

Provides the fundamental concepts, techniques, and applications for a practical, pro-active approach to improving safety, managing risks, controlling loss and maximizing opportunities

Comprehensive Accreditation

Designed to as a high-level review of NIAHO requirements and ISO 9001 standard with a focus on process-based internal audits.
