Chest pain advanced certification survey components
- Chest pain programs are certified for a three year period subject to an annual survey to verify continuing compliance with chest pain advanced certification requirements
- Annual announced surveys are coordinated with the applicant organization
- Survey agenda and document request list are provided in advance to assist the organization with survey planning
