As a safe and low-carbon alternative to traditional energy sources, liquefied natural gas (LNG) has risen rapidly as the future energy source of choice with a number of important projects already underway in North America and a more than doubling of capacity planned during the next waves of developments. Innovative technologies and targeted support are necessary if operators are to close the remaining gaps in regulation and the supply chain from the borehole to the consumer.

- In this seminar, DNV experts will review the industry experience, technical risks and share learnings in delivering successful LNG projects such that the participants will develop an improved understanding of the overall risk picture of these projects and learn more about what to expect in regulatory changes, enforcements and technology developments are taking place compared to classic base load LNG technology.
